HistoryFall 2016: Committee on Open Access created - a 16-member committee with senior and junior faculty from 8 divisions, libraries, JH Press, and Tech Ventures.

December 2016: The committee voted to approve the Johns Hopkins Open Access Policy and sent it to President Daniels.

January 2017: JHU’s Senior Planning Group approved the policy.July 1, 2018: Policy takes effect (available here).
