Lightning  flashed  in  the  dark  stormy  sky  as  clouds  covered  the  sun.  Thunder  roared  and  rain  poured  down  on  me,  splashing  away  my  tears.  I  didn’t  care.  The  rain  pushed  my  hair  down  onto  my  eyes,  and  I  brushed  it  away.  My  best  friend,  Anna-­‐bell,  is  sitting  next  to  me.    “Are  you  okay?”  someone  asked.     I  looked  up  into  the  brown  eyes  of…JACK!    “AHHHHHHH!”  we  scream.  I  drop  my  blue  necklace  that  I  was  holding  in  my  hand.  Molly  drops  her  necklace  too.  I  blushed  deeply,  my  cheeks  turning  pink.  Jack!!  Oh,  my!  I  smiled  and  Jack  rolled  his  eyes  and  walked  away.  My  smile  fades  into  a  frown  and  I  chase  after  him.  “Wait!”  I  cried,  and  Molly  and  I  dash  after  him.     He  turns  around  ,  “What  do  you  want  now?”  “Ummm…”  I  say  nervously,  “Can  we  have  your  autograph?”     He  sighs  and  says,  “Okay,  fine.  Just  this  once  and  if  you—“     “AHHHHHHH!”  we  scream.     He  pulls  out  a  picture  of  himself  smiling  wildly  and  signs  it  with  a  red  pen.  “OMG!  He  is  actually  doing  it!”  I  think.     “AHHHHHHH!”  we  scream  again.     I  smile  and  then  we  snatch  the  picture  and  run  before  we  do  something  dumb.    The  next  day  as  the  sun  is  rising,  I  wake  up  just  as  the  doorbell  rings.  I  go  down  with  Anna-­‐bell  to  answer  it  and  see…JACK!    “AHHHHHHH!”  we  scream.  “Uh…you  forgot  this,”  he  says,  holding  out  a  two  blue  necklaces.  I  smile  and  we  snatch  the  necklace  out  of  his  hands.  I  think  we  have  some  problem  with  snatching…oh  well.  “I’m  so  happy  that  you  came!  And  also—“  He  slams  the  door  on  our  faces.    I  frown  again  and  then  he  opens  the  door  again.  I  smile  wildly,  showing  all  of  my  teeth.  “EWWW!”  he  screams  and  runs  away.    

 

We  open  the  door  to  try  to  catch  up  to  him  but  on  my  first  step  out  of  our  house  I  trip  and  fall.  Anna-­‐bell  trips  right  over  me.  By  the  time  we  get  up  from  our  fall  he  is  gone.  “Noooooooo!”  We  scream    But  we  don't  here  anything  after  that.  We  slowly  walk  back  inside  out  house  with  tears  falling  down  my  cheek.  I  can  tell  that  Anna-­‐bell  is  crying  too.  I  think  that  I  will  never  see  him  again.  Im  sure  Anna-­‐bell  thinks  so  too.
