Introduction
WHAT IS ITTTS?
International Train the Trainers Slovakia (ITtTS) is a three day conference for
students and recent graduates (both AIESEC and non-AIESEC members) who
want to improve communication, managerial, presentation and training skills! You'll
meet trainers & delegates from different countries and various trainers from corporate
sector. At the end, you'll get an ITtTS certificate!
YOU SHOULD COME IF:
you are an ambitious young person willing to develop as much as possible
you like challenges, because these three days in a completely new
environment with people from different countries and professional trainers will
literally set you outside out your daily routine
you want to get to know the AIESEC culture and understand the "work hard -
play hard" motto
YOU ARE GOING TO LEARN HOW TO
get audience's attention right from the beginning
deliver content logically and simply
engage the audience in sessions
choose creative and stimulating way of delivery with the right materials
facilitate one-on-one and group activities

How to get to/from Radava?

According to conference agenda and logistics you are supposed to stay and
participate on agenda till 18:00 CET (because the homegroups have a certain learning
cycle and by leaving earlier you would interrupt the learning of the whole homegroup).
In case you really need to leave earlier, please inform your track manager and
discuss it with her/him ASAP!

Fee, time
Conference fee (including food + accommodation + transport from Radava to the
Guest house Lagáň):
Internal tracks (AIESEC members, Basic & Advanced Track) + External track
(Students and recent graduates):
Slovak delegates: 39 €*
International delegates: 49 €
*AIESEC Slovakia contributes 10 € for every Slovak delegate (all 3 tracks) in order to
support their education

Conference manager
„5 years ago, I joined AIESEC and participated in my first AIESEC conference. I was
amazed by all the trainers, their presentation skills and the ease they were handling
the delegates with. I said to myself: „I wanna be just like them“ – confident when
speaking in front of the audience and good at facilitating the learning process of
others. Today, I can see the real impact AIESEC has had on me. The skills I have
enhanced in AIESEC have been helping me succeed in many areas of my life. The
most important element of my personal development in AIESEC? The conferences. I
am happy that this year we decided to open ITtTS both for AIESECers and non-
AIESECers! More than 160 people are gonna create an unforgettable conference!
Don't forget, that TtT conference are very special - YOU are the in the heart of the
learning process, it's up to YOU how much you are going to learn and how YOU are
going to utilise the skills gained during these 3 days. Don't underestimate the
preparation, come with an open mind and be proactive throughout the whole

Basic Track - for AIESECers who haven't been to TtT before, or who don't have a
decent faci XP. Capacity: 60 - 70 delegates
Advanced Track - for AIESECers who have been to TtT before, or who have a
decent faci XP. Capacity: 40 delegates
External Track - for non-AIESEC students & recent graduates who want to improve
their trainer skills! Capacity: 25 delegates
