What is Kaumarbhritya Tantra?
• It is one of the eight disciplines of Ayurveda • Kaumarbhritya = Kaumar + Bhritya • Kaumar = indicates Child/Youth {Literally means Kartikeya, son of God Shiva} • Bhritya = Indicates nourishment, support, maintain {Literally means to carry in the womb} • Tantra = Subject, Discipline {Literally means Wrap, Weave (Weaving)}

• Suprajanana = “Su”+“Prajanana”
• “Su” = Super, excellent, with highest potential
• “Prajanan” = Reproduction
• Suprajanana is a process which focuses on laying a foundation for building a healthy and radiant progeny with excellent genetic makeup.
