By hosting an event and listing it on the Innovation Festival website your event will gain unrivalled exposure to our 25,000+ attendees, sponsors, city partners and media partners. Innovation Festival will help to broaden your networks exposure within and beyond your region, adding a global component to your event. Youll also receive the support of the InnovationFestival Team who will tweet, blog and discuss about your event to our ever-expanding network.

The program for the week includes presentations, networking opportunities, meet-ups, debates, hackathons, exhibitions and other activitiesto focus on some of the challenges and opportunities presented by the growth of Innovation as a business discipline: Panel Discussions Keynotes Presentations Debates Presentations Seminars Workshops Demos Roundtables Meet-ups Hackathons Webinars Boot-camps Forums Competitions Networking events Awards shows Event Formats 3. We advise you to select the nest speakers in the theme or field that you have chosen the local voices of Innovation. Those experienced in public speaking and/or that have controversial perspectives are often the best. It is important to be clear about the topic that your speaker is presenting on and that this fits in with the theme of your event and that of Innovation Festival. Speaker quality will directly aect the number of attendees you will gain! Speaker Recruitment 4. Location Location is key to the success of your event and this depends on the scale of your event. You dont have to think of a venue as a huge expense if youre holding an intimate meet-up, why not hold it in your office, or in a coffee shop? Make the most of the innovative spaces your city has to offer!To keep costs down for larger events look to partner with local brands and businesses to mutually benet each other. Remember to consider transport links, accessibility and capacity when choosing your location! 5. Simply visit this page and fill out the different fields. Make sure to add your logo and put in as much detail as you can so that our audience can gain a useful insight into your event. If your city does not exist in our drop down menu, please e-mail who will create the city for you. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us to let you know your listing has been successful. List your event on the Innovation Festival Website 6. Become Innovation Festival Aliated Make sure you download our e-mail banners, web banners and logos to use on your event website. Let the world know that you are part of the global Innovation Festival! Want even more exposure jump on the Innovation Festival hashtag #innovationfestival. 7. Stay Updated We will be sending out a newsletter fortnightly to the Innovation Festival community. If you have exciting speakers lined up, or a competition youre promoting let us know and we will do our best to include this in our newsletter or blog! E-mail Reminders The Innovation Festival will help you send automated e-mails out to your attendees and participants the week before your event. Simply, send an e-mail template to and an excel spreadsheet with your attendee details. 9.
