Getting Started with Aspire and Acumatica. High Touch and Aspire work together to understand your business and its current systems, goals, and timelines. Together, we determine the right solution to create business efficiencies and improve profitability.

Platform Implementation Design. Initial Aspire integration begins by designing the implementation process and testing data conversion. High Touch continues to implement and test Acumatica, ensuring the advanced integration components operate as intended and data flows properly between systems. If applicable, High Touch kicks off IPS payroll implementation discussions.

Acumatica Setup and Design. High Touch designs the platform with Acumatica as the master record. In addition, High Touch establishes a secure testing environment.

Aspire Testing and Advanced Integration. The design and integration planning for IPS begins. High Touch tests Aspire’s integration with Acumatica. In addition, High Touch verifies Acumatica’s financial reporting and establishes the final tools to ensure proper data flow occurs between the platform’s components.

Acumatica Calibration and IPS Data Configuration. High Touch optimizes Acumatica to meet specific customer needs. High Touch also examines IPS data integration procedures and tests IPS data conversion.

Platform Stable. IPS is fully integrated and stable. High Touch continues to provide support, training, and advanced validation for the platform.

Acumatica Live. Acumatica goes live and becomes the official master record. High Touch begins validation of the integration with Aspire. With Acumatica in place, High Touch can facilitate IPS payroll processes and workflows.

Acumatica and Aspire Integration Complete. High Touch establishes IPS integration tools and tests workflows.

Ongoing Support. All systems fully functional. High Touch, Aspire, and IPS provide support as needed.
