About: Street workout is a physical acvity performed mostly in outdoor parks or public facilies. It originated in Ancient Greece and now it has spread all over the world. It is a combinaon of athlecs, calisthenics, and sports. Street workout is a modern name for bodybweight workouts in outdoor parks.
The gym:The gym: A typical street workout roune oen consists of physcal exercises such as pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, dips, muscle-ups, sit-ups and squats. Street workout also involves some stac holds such as the human flag, front lever, back lever and planche. And the best and most efficient way of learning this is at the gym with trained proffesionals.

The High School of Mathematics
and Natural Science "Akadamik
Nikola Obreshkov" will host a
meeting for the project
"Students making an enterprise
in real time. "This high school is
one of the elite schools in
Bourgas. Throughout the years
its students have earned various
awards from regional, national
and international competitions
in mathematics, physics,
chemistry, linguistics, sports and
other. The project is a part of
the Erasmus+ program. The
Erasmus+ program is a
European Union student
exchange program combining all
the EU's current schemes for
education, training, youth and
sport, which was started in
January 2014. The specified
program features six different
countries (Czech Republic,
Finland, Spain, Italy, Slovenia,
Bulgaria) which are teaching
students how to become
successful entepreneurs.
Each of the countries hosts a
meeting about the enterprise
which will be made and the
participants exchange ideas and
experience.The next meeting
will be held in
Bourgas,Bulgaria.For the time
being there have been made
three enterprises in Slovenia,
Italy and Spain. The one in
Bourgas will be about the food
industry. The tasks that the
students have to accomplish will
include an interview with a
person who works in a
marketing company. The
program will feature a meeting
in the cultural centre "Morsko
kazino" where each of the
participants will present a
traditional dish and food
product form their region at the
international fair. The students
will also run a marketing
company and will have to make
a campaign to introduce some
products to the other countries.
Next on the program is a
demonstration of popular or
traditional sports. That is
because Bourgas was chosen as
the European city of sport. The
guests will be taken on a tour
around the landmarks in the
region and to Kazanlak to learn
more about the production of
the world famous rose oil, the
history and the amazing
Bulgarian culture
