ProposalOur group proposes that to reach the transforming stage this

institution should do this:Teachers should acquire wider knowledge of what ICT really is

and the advantages that its usage in education gives.Intensive and permanent training about the ICT usage. To insert ICT activities in daily lesson plans. To create study groups to share experiences and knowledge. To promote challenging activities to engage students’ interest. There should be a monitoring system to control the usage of

ICT by an expert at least once a month.

REFLECTIONIt doesn´t matter how many technological

resources an institution has, the most important thing is to develop teachers’ awareness to use ICT in every day’s classes, it is possible to do, there should not be any excuses and above all it is necessary to create commitment in teachers to apply ICT tools in the class, take advantages of the technology and mainly to improve students’ learning outcomes.
