AIM:

TO KNOW HOW TO EXECUTE / PRODUCE THE BASIC OPERATIONS OF THE COMPUTER

. Turn on the computer

. Click on ICT icon

. Enter the password into the computer

. Click with the left mouse button on Firefox icon

2. Rules in this classroom

✔ Choose a seat and sit down at the same desk ( always!)

✔ You must speak English ( never Spanish!)

✔ Use the dictionary on line when you don't understand any words

✔ Ask for help when you need

✔ Listen carefully ( if you're talking you cannot concentrate on this subject)

It's a board / blackboard with a white surface where you can write on with special pens and rub the mistakes or something with an eraser or rubber.

A COMPUTER is an electronic device that STORES, retrieves, and processes data. It is made up of HARDWARE and

software. Hardware are the things you can TOUCH and pick up, for example the KEYBOARD, mouse and MONITOR.

Software are the PROGRAMS and instructions which tell the computer what to do and how to OPERATE.

5. The name of your folder is : PROJECTS
