platforms for marketing the products of

master artisans, craftsmen and culinary

experts belonging to the minority

communities

More than 2 lakh 50 thousand master

artisans, craftsmen and culinary experts

have been provided employment and

employment opportunities in the last 3

years. These include a large number of

women.

It envisages at boosting the skill of

craftsmen, weavers and artisans who are

already engaged in the traditional ancestral

work

Upgrading the Skills and Training in

Traditional Arts/ Crafts for

Development.

Scheme has been launched on 14th

May, 2015 to preserve the rich heritage

of traditional arts/crafts of minorities by

Ministry of minority affair.

शिकास के शलए पारोंपररक कला / शिल्प

में कौिल और प्रशिक्षण का उन्नयन।

अल्पसोंख्यक मामल ों के मोंत्रालय द्वारा

अल्पसोंख्यक ों की पारोंपररक कला /

शिल्प की समृद्ध शिरासत क सोंरशक्षत

करने के शलए 14 मई, 2015 क य जना

िुरू की गई है।

Aim -:

capacity building and updating the

traditional skills of master

craftsmen/artisans

documentation of identified traditional

arts/crafts of minorities; set standards for

traditional skills

training of minority youths in various

identified traditional arts/crafts through

master craftsmen; and

develop national and international market

linkages.

Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat

“Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” was announced

by Hon’ble Prime Minister on 31st October,

2015 on the occasion of the 140th birth

anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

Aim -:

To actively enhance interaction between

people of diverse cultures living in different

States and UTs in India, with the objective of

promoting greater mutual understanding

amongst them.

क सरदार िल्लभभाई पटेल की 140 िी ोंजयोंती के

अिसर पर माननीय प्रिान मोंत्री द्वारा की गई थी।

उदे्दश्य -:

भारत में शिशभन्न राज् ों और कें द्रिाशसत प्रदेि ों में

रहने िाली शिशिि सोंसृ्कशतय ों के ल ग ों के बीच

सशक्रयता बढाने के शलए, उनके बीच आपसी समझ

Details -:

As per the programme, each year, every

State/UT would be paired with another

State/UT in India for reciprocal interaction

between the people.

It is envisaged through this exchange, that the

knowledge of the language, culture, traditions

and practices of different states will lead to an

enhanced understanding and bonding between

one another, thereby strengthening the unity

and integrity of India.

काययक्रम के अनुसार, प्रते्यक िषय, प्रते्यक राज् /

कें द्रिाशसत प्रदेि क ल ग ों के बीच पारस्पररक

सोंपकय के शलए भारत में शकसी अन्य राज् / कें द्र

िाशसत प्रदेि के साथ ज डा जाएगा।

इस आदान-प्रदान के माध्यम से यह

पररकल्पना की गई है शक शिशभन्न राज् ों की

भाषा, सोंसृ्कशत, परोंपराओों और प्रथाओों के ज्ान

से एक दूसरे के बीच एक बढी हुई समझ और

The States and UTs are to embark on a

mission to enhance their cultural,

academic and economic ties by entering

into a wide range of mutual engagements

with the paired States/UTs covering the

spheres of music, drama, cuisine,

language, history, tourism and other

forms of exchange between the people.

Context -:

On oct 31st 2019 india is going to complete 25

years of Pulse Polio Programme.

About Pulse Polio Programme-:

With the global initiative of eradication

of polio in 1988 following World Health

Assembly resolution in 1988, Pulse Polio

Immunization programme was launched in

India in 1995.

31 अकू्टबर 2019 क भारत पल्स प शलय काययक्रम

के 25 साल पूरे करने जा रहा है।

पल्स प शलय काययक्रम के बारे में-

1988 में िर्ल्य हेल्थ असेंबली के प्रस्ताि के बाद

�polio 1988in 1988 के उनू्मलन की िैशिक पहल के

साथ, 1995 में भारत में पल्स प शलय टीकाकरण

काययक्रम िुरू शकया गया था।

Objective -:

The Pulse Polio Initiative was started with an

objective of achieving hundred per cent

coverage under Oral Polio Vaccine.

It aimed to immunize children through

improved social mobilization, plan mop-up

operations in areas where poliovirus has almost

disappeared and maintain high level of morale

among the public.

India and Polio current status -:

The last polio case in the country was reported

from Howrah district of West Bengal with date

of onset 13th January 2011. Thereafter no polio

case has been reported in the country (25th May

2012).

WHO on 24th February 2012 removed India

from the list of countries with active endemic

wild polio virus transmission.

क िुरू ह ने की तारीख के बाद दजय शकया

Polio

About -:

Polio, short for poliomyelitis, or infantile

paralysis, is an infectious disease caused by the

poliovirus.

In about 0.5 percent of cases there is muscle

weakness resulting in an inability to move.

This can occur over a few hours to a few days.

The weakness most often involves the legs but

may less commonly involve the muscles of the

head, neck and diaphragm.

Many people fully recover. In those with

muscle weakness about 2 to 5 percent of

children and 15 to 30 percent of adults die.

Poliovirus is usually spread from person to

person through infected fecal matter entering

the mouth.

It may also be spread by food or water

containing human feces and less commonly

from infected saliva.

Fertilizer Application Awareness Program

is a bi-annual progamm.

The main objective of this program is to

disseminate knowledge to farmers on

optimum usage of fertilizer nutrients based

on various parameters to sustain

agricultural productivity and to make

farmers aware of new developments in the

field of fertilizer usage and management

According to the latest National Crime

Records Bureau (NCRB), one in every six

children who go missing in the country is from

West Bengal. नवीनतम राष्ट्र ीय अपराध ररकॉर्भ बू्यरो

(NCRB) के अनुसार, देश में लापता होने वाले प्रते्यक छह बच्ों

में से एक पश्चिम बंगाल से है।

Madhya Pradesh, wiyh recorded 14,158 cases

begged the second place. मध्य प्रदेश में 14,158

मामले दर्भ श्चकए गए।

The number of children missing recorded in 2017 is marginally higher than

what was recorded in 2016, both in the case of West Bengal and the

country. 2017 में दर्भ श्चकए गए बच्ों की संख्या 2016 में दर्भ की गई पश्चिम बंगाल और देश दोनों की

तुलना में मामूली रूप से अश्चधक है।

8,178 children went missing from West Bengal whereas 63,349 went

missing from the country. West Bengal accounts for 12.9% of all missing

children in the year 2017. पश्चिम बंगाल से 8,178 बचे् लापता हुए, र्बश्चक 63,349 देश से

लापता हो गए। पश्चिम बंगाल में वर्भ 2017 में सर्ी लापता बच्ों का 12.9% है।

No govt. jobs for those with over 2 children

The Assam Cabinet has declared that no

government jobs will be given to persons having

more than two children after January 1, 2021.

In September 2017, the Assam had passed a

bill named Population and Women

Empowerment Policy of Assam that specified

that job candidates with two children only

would be eligible for government employment

and the existing government staff were to strictly

follow the two children family norm.

Assam Cabinet ने घ षणा की शक 1 जनिरी

2021 के बाद द से अशिक बचे् रखने िाले

शसतोंबर 2017 में, असम ने असम की

जनसोंख्या और मशहला सििीकरण नीशत
