YEAR 7 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 2013

Applications are now open for the Hoxton Park High School Year 7 Scholarship Program for 2013. Students enrolled at our partner primary schools (Hinchinbrook, Hoxton Park and Middleton Grange Public Schools) are eligible to apply.

One scholarship will be awarded in each of the following areas:

Literacy Science Creative & Performing Arts Citizenship

Numeracy Technology PDHPE/Sport Leadership

The scholarships will provide additional support to students to develop their talents, skills, proficiency and interests in their nominated field of expertise. Scholarships will comprise of the following:

Junior School Uniform and Sports Uniform Book Pack including USB stick, student diary, stationery and dictionary Calculator and geometry set Subject Fees for year 7 Year 7 Camp

The total value of this scholarship is approximately $500.

Students wishing to apply for a scholarship should complete the attached application form and return to their primary school’s administration office by Friday, April 5, 2012.

Applications will be evaluated by a committee who will determine the successful applicants. Where necessary, applicants will be invited to interview.

One applicant from each category will be awarded a scholarship. Students may apply for more than one category but will only be eligible for one scholarship.

Scholarship winners will be notified by mail.
