Welcome the guest

• Guest Relations will meet the guest at the porch and escort the guest to the reception.

“Welcome to the Aston Marina Ancol Hotel Mr. Frank my colleague Mr. Daniel will take care of your bags. If you would follow me my name is Wenny, we will have your check in formalities done in your room.”

• Welcome to Aston Marina Ancol Hotel.• Would this be your first trip to Jakarta.• We have your room located on the 21st floor

you will have a beautiful view of the Ocean from there.

• We have a restaurant “Cumi-cumi Restaurant”, lounge “Cium-cium Lounge”, cake shop “Cicip-cicip”. The location at the Lobby level.

And also we have a swimming pool “Cebur-cebur” at the M1 level.

• It needs to be done in a single direction, clockwise or anti clockwise.

• Need to show the Mini bar, the in room safe and the Emergency Exit plan.
