Hotel P O L I C I E S

Beverage ConsumptionProvisions of the hotel’s liquor license prohibit patrons from providing alcoholic beverages from outside sources. If alcoholic beverages are served on the hotel premises (or elsewhere under the provision of the

hotel’s liquor license), the hotel is required to request proper identifications (photo identification of anyone of questionable age) and refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who fails to present a legible proper

identification or who appears to be intoxicated, according to the hotel’s discretion, consistent with the applicable state regulations.

If a client has purchased a host bar, the hotel will not distribute hard liquor in the form of a shot but will provide mixed cocktails.

Hotel S I T E F E EA $2,700 Site fee is subject to tax, required by the hotel and is non-negotiable. The fee will absorb all setup,

service, equipment and labor charges associated with your event. There will also be a function room reserved in case of inclement weather for outdoor events. Site Fee also includes standard Three Tier Wedding Cake.

This is in addition to the Hotels Corkage fee.

As a full-service facility, we do not typically allow outside caterers or any outside food and beverage vendor at our hotel. We do, however, welcome outside catering for the following exceptions: Specialty caterers for

weddings requiring an ethnic or religious specialty (Indian, Halal or other. Caterer must be approved by the hotel.) Hotel will provide Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Hot Tea, Iced Tea, Pitchers of Water and Soft Drinks

throughout the event.

Indian, Halal, and Kosher WeddingsCan also be created directly with Rosen Shingle Creek. Please ask for details.

Outside Wedding CakesIt will be the responsibility of the vendor or Wedding Party to deliver, assemble and/or make any

adjustments to the cake. The hotel will provide the cake table and service for cake cutting.
