Possibility to add neutralising towers(scrubbers) for expulsion of fumes/gastreated to guarantee conformity withlocal environmental regulations gover-ning emissions.

4. Bridge cranes: they are designed toprovide all transfer (handling) and cor-rect draining procedures within thetimes required and are suitable for ope-ration in manual or fully automaticmode (the latter when combined withcomputerized systems). Semi-automaticsystems are also available.Loading and unloading designed forthe maximum comfort of the workersand for automatic working

5. Air agitation: it maintains a constanttemperature within the bath. Air agita-tion is carried out by low-pressure blowerswhich blow chilled air across the treat-ment and rinsing tanks through a perfo-rated PVC or Polypropylene tube held atthe bottom of the anodizing tank.

6. Pulse rectifiers: they are designed inaccordance with the latest technologiesto provide:

- Better quality and more uniform oxide- Reduction of 20-30% of anodizing

times- Energy saving of 5-7%- Remote control panel with computer

for presetting the oxide thicknessrequired.

7. Cooling systems:- Pre-assembled modules with plate-

type heat exchanger and acid resistantpumps (stainless steel) complete withdigital thermo-regulation unit.

- Pre-assembled accumulation tank forchilled water, with circulation pumps.

- Refrigerating unit with air or watercondensation depending on climaticconditions on site.

8. FREEAL recycling: it is a regeneration

system for sulphuric acid of anodizingtanks with removal of aluminium sul-phate. Fully automatic system on one ormore tanks controlled by PLC. Fully automatic regeneration cycle withtap water.

9. TECNO 4: it is a special computerizedpower supply for electro-pigmentationwith DC-AC waveform: simple program-ming allows the achievement of com-pletely uniform colouring even withlarge loads (equivalent to maximumcapacity of rectifiers).

10. Auxiliary equipment for electro-colou-ring tank: they are recommended inview of the high output, which can beobtained with TECNO 4 power supply.

- Filtering and heat regulation unit withplate type heat exchanger.

- Mixing system with automatic mete-ring of chemicals controlled by ampe-re hour meter.

11. Multicolour: it is an innovative electro-colouring technology for the produc-tion of new colours for architecturaland decorative applications.

12. Auxiliary equipment for sealing tanks:Pre-assembled unit consisting of filterpump and mixing system with automa-tic metering of chemicals controlled bymetering pump programmed on thebasis of daily out-put.

13. Demineralizing units: automatic ormanual, single or DUPLEX units (one inoperation and one in stand-by).

14. Tanks heating system: it is provided bylow pressure steam generators and hea-ting coils. Electrical heating coils arealso available.

15. Waste water treatment plants: they areplants for treatment of waste water andconcentrates, mud thickening system,

16. Brushing machine with stainless steelbrushes: it is designed for mechanicalpre-treatment of the profiles, fullyhydraulic unit with water lubrication.Advantages:

- Scotch-Brite finishing (linear satinfinish)

- Reduction of 50-80% in chemicalsatin-finishing times and caustic sodaconsumption

- Reduction of aluminium waste

17. SATMAC machine: it is designed for amechanical finish similar to the oneobtained chemically in etching baths in10-20 minutes.

18. Packing systems: conventional or fullyautomatic with final weighing.

19. Main control board for the powersupply of the different machines com-posing the anodizing plant.

20. Computerized system for plant mana-gement: main part is the software pac-kage suitable for storage of the produc-tion data (treatment time-surface trea-ted per load (m2)-Oxide thickness) andfor the automatic control of the whole
