Each of the churches represents a phase in the Christ Centered Life and Ministry for the local church to guide an individual Christian toward the journey of his/her Christian faith, such as the church will start helping him/her to be a believer in church #1, a member in church #2, a minister or worker in church #3, and a leader in church #4.
