To show the Haber chemicals used for the demonstration are non-toxic, the remaining vial of chemicals produced in paragraph 2 under Section 3.2 above was poured into a 1 liter bottle of water. Albert Conti, President of Haber Inc. then drank approx 8 ounces of the solution, without any visible effect.

STAMP Operational ModelThe STAMP program processes concentrates which are produced by:

1. Small scale miners who mine and generate their own concentrates and2. Mechanized mining sites operated by STAMP personnel which produce high value concentrates trucked to Processing Center. Mechanized mining sites are added from generated revenues. Starting with one site and increasing the number of sites as revenues allow. Small scale miner bring concentrates to the processing center or will carry them to drop off locations where concentrates will be purchased after assay. Will pay small scale miners more for their concentrate than they would receive after using mercury. Possible because of significant increase in extraction efficiency (35% using mercury. 99% using HGP4).

Overview of STAMP Benefits

Provide high returns for investors and all stakeholders. STAMP only produces Green gold i.e. toxic chemicals are not used. There is an international group called NO Dirty Gold boycotting stores selling non-green gold this movement is growing. Tiffanys now only buys green gold. Green gold sells for a premium. Mercury is eliminated from the mining process -- resulting in cleaner and healthier environment. Most importantly, small scale miners will be paid more than what they would receive if they used mercury on their concentrates and sold the gold amalgam. The local economy is dramatically stimulated. A major benefit of the STAMP program is by putting money directly in the hands of the workers then the power of the economic multiplier goes to work. The economic multiplier for Suriname is approx. 3 (i.e. one dollar put in the hands of a worker changes hands approx. 3 times and provides an additional $3 economic stimulus). .

Regional Plant accounts for all gold produced by small scale miners with appropriate taxes paid minimizes black market gold sales. SSM can make more money dealing through Regional Plant.

Overview of STAMP BenefitsCreate and provide employment and training opportunities for higher paying jobs. Reclamation of mined sites, safety and training is organized and controllable.

Small scale miners can be brought into Program as legal stakeholders. Although not specifically addressed in the Program there is a significant opportunity, should the government and/or stake holders decide, to make gold jewelry at the Regional sites. The high purity gold (+99+) produced allows for conversion of gold into jewelry and would add value of two to three times the gold price.
