SCRUNCHIE ORDERS
At the Year 6 Mufti Day yesterday there were hair
scrunchies for sale. Demand was much higher than
expected. Some students have paid for their scrun-
chies and may have not yet received them. They will
be given to those students over the next couple of
days.
LITERACY INTERVENTION
Mrs Annand, (Learning and Support Teacher) has
taught individually several Year 1 and 2 students
this year to help them improve their reading and
writing skills. Pictured is Amelia (Yr 1) who has
worked ‘super hard!’ Since May, Amelia has im-
proved her reading level from 6 to 16 and the
amount of words she can write and spell correctly
from 15 to 40! Well done Amelia and all of the stu-
dents who worked with Mrs Annand. A reminder if
your child have worked with Mrs Annand this year
PLEASE RETURN any books from their 'coloured
folder' back to school next week.
