OUR STORY

Welcome to the Global Aviation Festival

The Global Aviation Festival is where the world’s aviation leaders join

each year to meet do business. Starting in 2004 as the World Low Cost

Airlines Congress at a time when the low cost model was beginning

to shake up the industry, the event became a place where leaders could

meet and form partnerships.

The event grew steadily over the next 10 years to become the ‘must attend’ event for the world’s low cost

carriers and their partners. But these days it looks a little diferent.

The World Low Cost Airlines Congress is still a large part of the festival, drawing in low cost carriers

from around the world year on year. But now there are four more events and dedicated pre day summits

that will cater to full-service airlines and airports as well.

AirXperience: Passenger experience technology and innovation for the world’s airlines and

airports

Aviation IT Show: Technology innovation and performance for the world’s

airlines, airports and partners

Air Retail Show: Retail innovation and technology for airlines, airports and

partners

The Aviation Interiors Show: Innovation in design and interiors for the

world’s aviation industry

Aviation Marketing: Dedicated summit focussed on marketing, data and

analytics

In 2016 the Aviation Festival is a conference and an exhibition. It will host a wealth of senior expert

speakers and conference delegates as well as over 100 exhibition booths. Over 100 airlines and 40

airports will be represented.

The festival will take place over three days (including the Aviation Marketing summit day) and feature

over 150 presentations, 22 roundtable debates and several hours of networking. The festival will be an

experience designed to help the attendees get the most out of the 2 or 3 days they are in attendance.

Our sponsorship and exhibition packages have been developed to help you meet your business objectives;

whether that’s thought leadership, branding, education or direct sales we have a great platform for you.
