An school annual program was celebrated in the school,It started at 10:am on Monday ,different kinds of the participants participated in that program like the parents of the position holder ,genralbody,SMC,Sub committeemembers,school staff and

The main purpose of that Annual School Day was to Announcement of Annual (2014-15) Exam Results, announcement of class wise position holder students (1st, 2nd & 3rd) and Trophies will be presented. The announcement of children from every class whose attendance was highest for giving a certificate of attendance, and to encourage other children, souvenirs all enrolled students.

Proceedings of event:The Annual School Day was held on 21th April 2015 at Government Boys Primary School Main Old Sukkur .which is neighboring school in union council Old Sukkur Tehsil Sukkur District Sukkur, Sindh. The duration of Annual School Day was 3 hours. The Annual School Day was started from 9:00 am to 30:00pm. The main purpose ofthat Annual School Day was to Announcement of Annual (2014-15) Exam Results, announcement of class wise position holder students (1st, 2nd & 3rd) and Trophies will be presented. The announcement of children from every class whose attendance was highest for giving a certificate of attendance, and to encourage other children, all enrolled students.The Annual School Day started with the reciting Holy Quran that was read by school teacherMr Shahzado 3rd Latter on Nat Shareif was read by the AmanullahThe student of the class 5th andthLatter on the welcome speech was conducted by the school HM Hidayattullah khoso .He welcome the all participants with the warm heart and peaceful manners and then he speeched on the girls education and to reduce the drop out ratio .He described the girls education importance in the light of the Hades and according to suuna of the (peace of the upon Him)Next further more voluntary speeches were conducted by the parents and the general body on the girls educationSMC Chairmain Mr Abdul Razaque speeched on the girls education he more ever described the importance of the girls education.more ever there was an other speech by general body sayed Anwer Ali shah program was going on the activity picks and attendance sheets were conducted by the CMP staff while refreshment was distributed among the participants and the students. there was a pleasant smile on the faces of the students and participants while receiving the trophies of their children parents were felt proud on their childrenThe what,s more Mr Enayattulah khoso the HM of the school called to SMC and Sub commeettee members and parents one by one to distribute the Trophies in the position Holder

Importance of the School Annual programs dayThe celebration of this program was to distributes the gifts and the trophies in the position holders students and like 1st ,2nd and 3rd and coordination meeting with the different kinds of the participants to exchange the ideas and get suggestion that how could we improve the girls education and could bring the changes in the issues? To reduce the drop out ratio also to discussed the issues of Advantages of the school annual day programThere are the different kinds of the advantages to celebrate the school annual day program like distribute the trophies in the position holder students and gain the interest of the students and parents towards educationObjective of the programCoordination meeting between the SMC,SubCommeette,genral body and parents,Toencourage the students and let them build the act of the competition, To aware the general body about the girls education and to reduce the drop out ratio, To sensitize and realize the general body about the education.2nd last one when program was ended there was prepeared the students for the enrollmentcampaigning with the slogan of the Girls education and the work activity of the CMPLast one an enrollmentcampaign wan held on the 1st to 2ndstreat of the school Objective of the Enrollment Campaign

An Enrollment campaign was held on after completion of the programme of the school annual day,It was conducted to aware and sensitize the communities of the cruntlucation ,To enhance the girls education ,to reduce the dropout ratio Achievements and why this event is Important for the project:It is on this occasion that the children get a chance to perform on to the stage and conquer their fear of speaking or performing in front of a large gathering. The parents felt glad to see their children on the stage while performing and showing their performance however good or bad the children are. The school management Committee considered the school annual day is a part of the school promotional activities. From academic point of view the school annual day celebrations are the best ways to present our skills. Recommendations/feedback of participantsParticipants looked agree with that enrolment campaign and suggest to having these kinds of activities in the school, it entertain the students with different kinds of activities, students get the chance to show their performance it also encourage the students to take part in to the different sort of sports in this way competition raise in the students to have a more and good efforts.

Conclusion

Enrollment campaign was ended by walking through street to street with the emotional slogans of the girls education and CMP team collect the all evidences from the school stafflike registration sheets picks and stamped voucher by HM as well as conducted the meeting menteesof the school annual day program and the enrollment campaign.Ended was with the vote of the thanks by School HM .whoappreciated to the all participants and said that thanks to all participants who attended that school annual day program with fully interest and warm heart and spent their specious time in their purpose ful speeches
