For more than 10 years, Dr. Brian Crow and his GameDay Insight team have been helping partners improve the guest experience at their venues through customized guest service training, fan experience assessments, and venue audits.

WHAT WE DO

GameDay is an annual partner of WVU Athletics. They are thorough and complete, work with us in advance to determine our needs and concerns, and are always professional and knowledgeable. Brian provides engaging event staff training that fully captivates our staff. The fan experience assessments are an essential annual top to bottom evaluation of our game day operations. Brian’s in-depth follow-up report is tech friendly and comprehensive, and he is readily available to debrief and answer follow-up questions.

The fan experience assessments and venue audits are similar to a mystery shop program in that our highly trained, discreet, and professional team measures the fan experience based on a specific set of metrics and data points. Using customized software, the GameDay team can evaluate the following:

• The fan experience from driveway to driveway, including traffic, parking and signage

FAN EXPERIENCE ASSESSMENTS & VENUE AUDITS

The guest service training curriculum delivered by GameDay Insight is a combination of interactive, engaging, and informative modules, delivered either online or face-to-face, through which the successful participant can become GameDay Certified. The modules include standard guest service practices, may be customized to each particular team or venue, and can be geared toward supervisors and front-line employees.
