Do you feel that you are experiencing any serious vocal issues, such as frequent laryngitis, swelling of the vocal cords, frequent upper respiratory infections, or loss of range and/or power? If so, please describe the nature and length of this problem. Also, if you have recently been to an ENT for a diagnosis of this condition, please describe the doctor’s findings.
What are the qualities you look for in a voice teacher? Do you have any specific preferences of gender or voice type in your voice teacher? In what environment do you learn the best?
