U.S. Territory Travel Document Requirements/IDs TSA/Security Information: http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/acceptable-ids (for further

information). Adult passengers 18 and over must show valid identification at the airport checkpoint in order to travel. We understand passengers occasionally arrive at the airport without an ID, because of losing it or inadvertently leaving it at home. If this happens to you, it does not necessarily mean you won't be allowed to fly. If you are willing to provide additional information, we have other ways to confirm your identity, like using publicly available databases, so you can reach your flight. If we clear you through this process, we may give you additional screening. If we can’t verify your identity, you may not be allowed to enter the screening checkpoint or to board a plane. Acceptable IDs for screening purposes include: U.S. passport U.S. passport card DHS trusted traveler cards (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, FAST) U.S. military ID (active duty or retired military and their dependents, and DoD civilians) Permanent resident card Border crossing card DHS-designated enhanced driver's license Driver's licenses or other state photo identity cards issued by Department of Motor Vehicles (or equivalent) for the sole purpose of identification Native American tribal photo ID HSPD-12 PIV card Airline or airport-issued ID (if issued under a TSA-approved security plan) Foreign government-issued passport Canadian provincial driver's license or Indian and Northern Affairs Canada card Transportation Worker Identification Credential Note: a weapon permit is not an acceptable form of identification.

Children TSA does not require children under 18 to provide identification when traveling with a companion within the United States. Contact the airline for questions regarding specific ID requirements for travelers under 18.

Forgot Your ID? In the event you arrive at the airport without valid identification, because it is lost or at home, you may still be allowed to fly. The TSA officer may ask you to complete a form to include your name and current address, and may ask additional questions to confirm your identity. If your identity is confirmed, you will be allowed to enter the screening checkpoint. You may be subject to additional screening. You will not be allowed to fly if your identity cannot be confirmed, you chose to not provide proper identification or you decline to cooperate with the identity verification process. TSA recommends you to arrive at least two hours in advance of your flight time to allow ample time for security screening and boarding the aircraft.

Please note: Student IDs will be checked the evening of the luggage drop. Band Directors will have a copy of all student IDs on file during the trip. Copies will be provided to Chaperones to which student is assigned for the duration of the trip.

GUIDELINES FOR SUN EXPOSURE During a visit to Florida during the month of June, the possibility of warm, sunny weather definitely exists. For your health and personal comfort, we suggest the following guidelines with regard to sun exposure: Direct sun exposure should be limited to 20 - 30 minutes per day for persons whose skin Is not yet “sun conditioned.” A sunscreen type lotion or gel SPF #8 or higher should be used to block out harmful sun rays.

Suntan and baby oils are not advised as these applications tend to magnify the sun’s rays, increasing the probability of sunburn.

Consider using a lip balm or “chap-stick” type of product to reduce the drying effect of the sun on your lips.
