Coaching Skills Practice
In coaching trios:
Assume the roles of coach, coachee and observer.
Use the ‘Instant Pay Off’ coaching technique to
work on a real issue. Rotate so everyone has an opportunity to
experience each role. Allow 15 minutes for each ‘round’ - 10 mins coaching and 5 mins feedback.
