Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association Operation During Yellow Phase

In order to keep the staff and all who enter the office and/or the library safe:

The office and the library will be open 9:30 A.M. to 3 P.M. in order to allow for cleaning. The staff requests all who enter to sanitize their hands at one of the sanitizing stations. There will be a limit on thenumber of people permitted inside to allow for social distancing.

Everyone must wear a mask the entire time inside.

The staff continues to ask lawyers to e-mail their legal ads tothe Register’s e-mail:

[email protected] than mail them. The Courthouse is also trying to minimize

people coming into the building, so we ask lawyers and the publicnot to come and pick the proofs up in person unless you need it

immediately for a hearing. It is safer to mail the proofs and reduceface-to-face contact.
