Matilda.

Key Stage 4/5 Choir 3:30pm-4:15pm Developing coal skills and exploring repertoire toward performance at

ACE awards.

GCSE Music Intervention 3:30pm-4:30pm Intervention for targeted students in year 10/11 to complete

coursework/practise instruments.

This enrichment is to support core cluster groups of Year 11's in raising

their attainment and or aspiration to boost their outcomes for GCSE.

‘Let’s go fly a Kite’

(Summer Term) 2:40pm-3:45pm

Students will collaborate to produce kites, using a template. This will

culminate with a kite flying event on the field at the end of term.

Cake Decorating 2:40pm-3:45pm

Develop an enjoyment and love of food whilst building the creative

skills needed for cake decorating. There will be a celebratory event at

the end of term.

New View—Script Writing 3:30pm-4:30pm

This is a competition which runs over the year. Year 10s write their

own one-act play. The school is paired with a playwright who will run

a workshop for students. Student plays are submitted to the National

Theatre and winning plays are performed!

Jewellery and key fobs in

plastic 2:40pm-4:15pm

The project will allow students to take ownership of their design ideas

and create jewellery or a key fob for a specific user. The project allows

students to build examples for a design portfolio and supports core

knowledge in CAD and in plastics. It also allows students to develop

their ideas creatively.

Fashion and Textiles Club 2:40pm-3:45pm

Students will learn core skills as a Fashion and Textiles designer and

explore how to cut their own patterns for clothing and form items of

clothing / accessories.

English Lecture Series

(Once Per Half Term) 3:40pm-4:30pm

This enrichment will happen once a half term (not every week) with

the aim of encouraging students to think about studying A Level

English. A range of English teachers will give a lecture on a literature

text or area of expertise. Will also hope to bring in guest speakers on

occasion.

Aim High Dance Academy offer a wide range of Dance Style , Street

Dance, Freestyle, Bollywood and many more.

A chance for students to expand their interest; good movement and

exercise; and opportunity to purse their dance interest outside school

as through an elementary exam.

Assisting the Librarian with the day to day duties, experience gained in

communications skills, working with young people, general office skills.

Also offers a nice quiet environment to work in.

BMX has boomed in popularity after Team GB's Olympic success. We

are providing you with the opportunity to be coached by the father of

Olympic Silver medallist Kye Whyte. Due to the nature of this sport,

we have a limited number of spaces for each term. If you do not

secure a place for this term, you will have the opportunity to take part

after Christmas.
