received via email, post or online.• Using the system a complainant can track the status of the

filed complaint/appeal• The system automatically assigns registered complaint to

relevant officer based selections made by the complainant.• The system has automated grievance redressal and

escalation timelines.• The system allows to upload/download scanned copies of

letters/documents.
