In 1996 Engel & Völkers founded an in-house academy as the first Real
Estate Agent worldwide
The courses transport know-how for the domains residential, commercial and
yachting. They are subdivided in basic- and advanced courses
All employees, assistants, licence partners and brokers receive a
comprehensive training
Practical orientated sales strategies, software courses, manager trainings
and corporate identity knowledge will be taught in the in-house academy
In 2007, 1420 training days were detained
