The Intraprise˚ ProgramOur groundbreaking Intraprise° program was developed to address two of the toughest challenges in business today:
The need to stay ahead of the frenetic pace of change without causing organizational burnout; and the necessity to attract, engage and retain the next generation of leaders in the face of a tightening labour market due to the aging population.
The Intraprise° program helps retain top talent and create possibilities for growth. A structure created for an intrapreneur and a mentor to get equipped with tools and resources for building a culture of intrapreneurship and kick‑starting a new project together!
38% of younger leaders plan to leave their job within two years due to lack of opportunities*.
