Discussion and action that the City Manager be authorized to execute a Tax Abatement Agreement between the City of El Paso and Cavallion Developers LLC, a Texas limited liability corporation, pursuant to the City’s Infill Development Incentive Policy, for the construction of a mixed use commercial and residential property on the vacant lot located at 5101 Fairbanks, El Paso, Texas 79924. Total estimated tax abatement is $3,144.73. District 4 Discussion and action that the City Manager be authorized to execute a Chapter 380 Economic Development Sales Tax Rebate Program Agreement by and between the City of El Paso and Cavallion Developers LLC, a Texas limited liability company, pursuant to the City’s Infill Development Incentive Policy for the construction of a mixed use commercial and residential property on the vacant lot located at 5101 Fairbanks, El Paso, Texas 79924. Total estimated sales tax rebate is $2,000. Total estimated permit fee waivers are $10,000. District 4
