• Classes run the entire school year unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel classes with too few participants.
• All participants must have a child aged birth to kindergarten.
• The sliding scale above lists recommended fees; no family will be excluded because of an inability to pay. (collection of class fees alone does not cover programming costs)
• Fees are collected in fall and winter for first and second semesters, respectively. Refunds can be made through third week of class.
• Participants may make tax-deductible donations to sponsor other participating families.
• 30% of enrollment spaces in every class are reserved for new participants.
• Due to limited resources, enrollment priority is given to children and their parents or legal guardians. Each parent/guardian may participate in only one parent/child class per semester.
• Preference is given to families residing in Saint Paul. If space is available after the third week of class, families residing outside Saint Paul may enroll for an additional 10% surcharge.
• Families enrolled first semester will be given priority to register for second semester, if attending a full-year class.
• Any family who enrolls and does not attend for three consecutive classes without notifying staff will forfeit their place in class to other families on our waiting list.
