My Bariatric Kitchen

INGREDIENTS 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries 6 oz plain 0% Greek yogurt 1 tsp fresh lemon zest

2 Tbsp almond milk 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 scoop vanilla protein powder*

*I used MuscleTech™ Nitro-Tech Vanilla Whey Isolate

DIRECTIONS

1. Divide blueberries into four containers. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use. 3. To serve, top blueberries with ¼ cup yogurt.
