Stacking aisle width (line 4.33) is based on the V.D.I. standard calculation as shown on illustration.
The British Industrial Truck Association recommends the addition of 100 mm to the total clearance
(dimension a) for extra operating margin at the rear of the truck.

Mast and Capacity information
Values shown are for standard equipment. When using non-standard equipment, these values may change.
Please contact your Hyster dealer for information. Special lift heights are available.
The rated capacities shown are for masts in a vertical position on trucks equipped with standard or sideshift carriage, and
nominal length forks. Masts above the maximum fork heights shown in the mast table are classified as high and depending
on the tyre/tread configuration may require reduced capacity, restricted back tilt or wide tread.
The capacities quoted are in conformance with the ISO 1074 standard for stacking and travelling.

Proven performanceThe Hyster H20.00-32.00F series benefits from Hyster's
long experience in providing cargo handling forklift
trucks for a wide range of heavy-duty applications.
These machines provide an excellent return on
investment with an outstanding blend of uptime, fast
handling and low running costs.
Strength and durabilityThe AxleTech drive axle is built to Hyster specifications
and features one-piece drive shafts, planetary end-
reductions and offers wet disc brakes. The Hyster
'sandwich-type' steer axle, with a single, double-acting
cylinder and fixed length tie rods, is renowned for its
longevity and low maintenance requirements.
The Dana 32000 3-speed powershift transmission has
'12 plate' clutch packs and a cooling system with ample
reserves. The fully automatic gear shifting system offers
additional comfort for the operator and the forward-
reverse shifting lock-out function protects the
transmission against excessive wear.
Clean powerThe Cummins QCS 8.3 diesel engine conforms to EU
Tier 3 emissions requirements for NRMM (Non-Road
Mobile Machinery). A turbocharger produces a smooth
torque characteristic (a maximum of 915 Nm at 900-
1500 rpm), providing durability and smooth engine
performance, resulting in excellent acceleration and
pulling power, combined with low fuel consumption.
The heavy-duty 2-stage air filter with cyclonic pre-
cleaner is suitable for dusty operating environments.
Ergonomic designThe comprehensively equipped operator's cab is
mounted on isolators, for improved sound reduction.
Available in left- or centre-mounted positions and either
as a cab or an open module, the operator compartment

is adaptable for optimum visibility in different
applications or optimum comfort in different climates.
Operator comfort is enhanced thanks to filtered fresh
air, an interior fan and a fully adjustable, full
suspension seat with armrests and high backrest.
Finger light power steering, power-assisted hand
controls and conveniently positioned instruments -
including push-button parking brake, responsive, fully
hydraulic brakes and an automotive type pedal layout
all contribute to enhance driver productivity.
The mid-high positioning of the cab, which features
glass-to-glass joints and wipers (with washers) on the
front, top and rear screens, for excellent all-round
visibility together with the Hyster Vista mast offer
excellent operator visibility.
Tailor made to your applicationThere are three mast types are available 2-Stage
Limited Free Lift, 2-Stage Full Free Lift, and 3-Stage
Full Free Lift. These can be combined with either a
standard or integral sideshift carriage. The integral
sideshift carriage features full sideshift movement of
+/- 300 mm in all fork positions.
All carriage types feature versatile independent fork-
positioners. Quick disconnect pin-type mountings are
available for flexibility and rapid fork interchanges.
Forks are available in various configurations and coil
handling rams, fork-mounted or dedicated container
spreaders, and tailor-made attachments are also
available to suit a specific user's application.

› Smooth torque 915 Nm @ 900-1500 rpm
› 24 Volt electrical systems
› 70 Amp heavy-duty alternator with integral
regulator and dust proof starter

element needs service
› Overhead exhaust
Cooling system:
Heavy-duty radiator, puller type fan for cleaner
air entry. Large heat exchanger cools transmission oil.
Brakes:
Brake system: Fully Hydraulic, with accumulator (no air
system). Service brake: Oil immersed (Wet Disc) at the
drive wheels. The parking brake is auto-matically
applied when hydraulic pressure falls below 80 bar.
Hydraulic system:
Two mechanically driven gear pumps with 410 l/min
maximum output and two pilot-operated main control
valves with separate two-speed hoist valve. A flow
amplifier diverts only the required amount of oil for
steering; the remaining oil is used for the lift/tilt
functions. Power assisted hand controls use a pilot
supply from a 'piggy back' pump with an accumulator
(common to the brake system). An automatic 2-speed
lift system increases lift speed in no-load situations.
Lights:
A complete light kit is fitted as standard comprising:
4 front working and 2 rear working halogen lights;
mounted on top of the cab; 2 headlights; 2 sidelights; 4
direction indicator lights and 2 tail & stop lights; plus a
flashing beacon on top of cab.
