TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
As a teacher I seek to help students develop skills that are beneficial in all aspects of their lives:

Grades must be earned through effort – they are not gifts for showing up.
Students must show that they can seek out the answers to their basic questions first and bring their results to class

Late work only with permission before the due date.
It is your responsibility to check the course calendar regularly to make sure you get your assignments, discussions, and responses finished on time.

Response time
I will respond to any email, phone call, or “Ask Instructor” post within 48 hours.
STUDENT EXPECTATIONS
Grades
Discussion posts will be graded by Thursday of the week following their due date.
Written assignments will be graded within 6 days of the due date.
Final grrades will be posed within 7 days after the last day of class

Weekly Guidance
A guidance for each week will be posted at least 24 hours before each week starts.
