April 1, 2013 Dear sponsor, First, allow me to extend a huge ‘Thank You’ on behalf of the Enon Pee-‐Wee Knights. Because of past support our program will continue to enrich the youth of Enon & Mad River Township. We simply cannot thank you enough for being a part of our lives. In 2012 we used funds to erect a new scoreboard & make minor improvements to the concession stand. A few last-‐minute donors allowed us to refit the visitor-‐side bleachers with new lumber. Now we are setting our sights on replacing aged & faulty safety equipment. Last year two of our Varsity players were involved in head-‐to-‐head collisions; one of them was taken via ambulance to urgent care. Although the players were issued a clean bill of health it forced us to look into replacing our youth football helmets. The board members have set an ambitious goal to obtain newer, safer helmets for the 2014 season. Sooner the better.

Once again enrollment stands at over a hundred boys and girls for football and cheer this year. The season kicks off in July with four weeks of conditioning & skill building, followed by nine weeks of Sunday afternoon games, ending with a short playoff series and cheer competition. The Enon Pee-‐Wee Football Organization relies on the continued generosity of caring citizens & businesses from the surrounding areas. We understand that the economy isn't as strong as it could be, which is why we have leveraged every resource to offer sponsorship programs which incorporate a sound reciprocate value. Your gift is tax deductible; and can provide you with a receipt including our non-‐profit tax I.D. number. Our 2013 sponsorship options are listed on the next page. Remember, you do not have to own a business to contribute. A small donation of $10, $15 or $25 is effective towards purchasing equipment, uniforms, safety gear and keeping the field & grounds free from hazard.
