industry in Vietnam. Having vision to become a leading supplier of pre-engineered steel structure, not only

fabricating and supplying steel structure products, but also o�ering “Total solution for pre-engineered steel

structures” for the customers with all-in services: Design – Fabrication – Erection.

Triviet Steel Buildings owns a steel structure manufacturing factory with an area of 20,000 sqm;

fully equiped with automatic machineries & equipment with design capacity of 1,000 tons / month; 12,000

tons per annum. In 2018, We are building the second factory in Binh Duong province with an area of 40.000

sqm, increasing manufacturing capacity up to 36,000 tons per annum.

FACTORY INTRODUCTION

A. MANPOWER:

• Currently, Triviet Steel Buildings’ factory has about 250 sta�s consist of 200 manufacturing & maintenance work-

ers (team leaders included); 30 engineers in charge of manufacture & quality management, 20 sta�s in charge of

administrative work, security, accounting, warehouse keeping, car & truck driving, factory cleaning,…

• There are 7 seperated manufacturing teams as: Cutting Team, Accessories Team, Assembling Team, Finishing

Team, Surface-cleaning Team, Painting Team and Welding Team. Every team has team leader to manage and

supervise each manufacturing process.


B. SAFETY EQUIPMENT:

• All sta�s and workers at the manufacturing zone is equipped with hard hats, protective clothing, steel tip shoes,

gloves, etc… which fully comply with safety regulations for mechanical engineering.

• We also strictly observe periodic check and maintenance of our factory’s machineries & equipment

• Besides, depending on the speci�c requirements for the specialized manufacturing work such as cutting, welding,

drilling, painting, etc... our workers are equipped properly with welding shields, tight-�tting eye goggles, face

shields etc…

C. MANUFACTURING PLANT LAYOUT:

• Our factory is located in Binh Duong Province which is about 45 km away from Ho Chi Minh City. It is our

private-owned campus reaching the total area approximately 20,000 sqm whereas the manufacturing site accounts

for 17,000 sqm and the remaining 3000 sqm is for �nished product storage. Moreover, we set up main o�ces, cafeteria,

parking lot, addition material room in a separated area from the main manufacturing site to ensure their utilities.

• With an area of 20,000 sqm, Our factory is fully equiped with automatic machineries & equipment with design

STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION

1. Receiving, storage and handling of construction materials:

• We receive and control construction materials to ensure the right quality and quantity are available when needed.

• Material management plays a vital role in construction quality. Therefore, we assure no deformations, no scratches

on the delivered structures to control our construction quality.

• Check the materials carefully prior to erection.

2. Installation of foundation bolts:


3. Erection of primary structure:

• Erection of primary members needs to be in a synchronized manner complying with erection plan to ensure a

hundred percent of correct angles and heights.

• Machineries & equipment are used throughout the erection process such as: truck cranes, forklifts, digital theodolite,

laser projectors, etc…

• Safety equipment are furnished for workers at job site, especially for those who work at height.


4. Installation of roof panels:

• The installation of the roof panel begins after completion of primary structure including anchor bolts and bracing

systems.

• We set up the roof carefully for installation to ensure quality and aesthetic appeal of the building.

CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

• Construction time: thanks to the close cooperation between departments in o�ce and factory, our work strictly

follows the project progress.

• Method to keep progress: site supervisor is in charge of updating and reporting regularly to the main o�ce to

handle the current situation in the construction site.

CONSTRUCTION SAFETY

• Triviet’s safety board has broadcasted Occuppational Safety & Health Laws and Regulations to our workers who

participate from manufacturing process to construction process.

• We highly invest in safety and protective equipment and carry out safety observation not only at manufacturing

site but also at job site.
