- The perfect colour sdn. bhd company should more the marketing strategic in

advertisement, because during the analysis the types of services are unpopular in

Malaysia. So its need advertisement the marketing. Second is increase the quality

of worker, from their attitude, skill work and output. From this the company can

reduce the unsatisfactory which delays work and creates limitation among

employees. Third is increase the number of products and services, from the

analysis the company just got a few services like Graphic design and 2D to 3D

stereseopic. Which this two type are already done by the user ownself with

downloading the software in internet. So the company need increase the

products selection or services.

Threats

- The threats for perfect colour sdn. bhd company is a unexpected threats.

Because the rapid technological growth from outside are can’t be block by the

company. So the company should improve the software and services following

the current market because it will help the company to do the new version.

Second is Economic downturn and regulatory drive, the company need early

preparation during the economic downturn by creating new products or

services, because from the current situation new products or services always be

launched by the time to time. Third is Competition with other company, this is

same like the other which the company need to increase the employees,product

and services quality to competed with other company .

Recommendation

Once we done this project successfully, we realized that with UBS project

contribute to our knowledge and is more systematic and we able to use in the working

environment. The basic knowledge of UBS system is mainly easy to prepare the

financial statement as fast as can, this is improving our skills in the working place and

also in the future. The UBS system in one of the smartest ways to key in the transaction

as fast and accurate.

We are think that this project must be continued for students because this kind

of project give us to deeper understanding and more clearly on how to record the real

business transaction information into the UBS System. From our analysis, we

personally realize the UBS System to the Perfect colour Sdn. Bhd, are easy to handle

work on their accounting part because the all transaction can be divided by many

transaction basen on their accounting.

Summary

The target for this project is to provide a financial report of an organisation

based on their accounting using the UBS accounting system software. The purpose of

this project to us in order to make students understand and tries to do the system

through automatically. When we using the UBS System is more useful for became a

professional accountant with technology upgrade. We had come across with stress,

disappointment and frustration when find the company document for complete this

project.

As an owner of the company, are can’t trust the student to give their document

to us to do the project. The perfect colour Sdn. Bhd. Was clearly keep the transaction

document for the all transaction even the company was in loss during the year. The

company was just just past year causes the delay in improve in their business. However

we also suggest some strategic which the company can be use to improve their the

business like as improve employees quality. We also thank you to the company to trust

at us and help us in do this project completely and submit by the right time.

ACCOUNTING ASSUMPTION

All the transaction of perfect colour Sdn Bhd is made by all cash basis term, and

there not have any purchases because this services business.

Obstacles to get full of document sources for recording the business data

transactions into the system, we try to get as possible of document we can get

from the company like invoice and bank receipt.

Between the completion of this project we just recognise the company was not

have sale until may 2014 and the company was in loss but we try do this project

with properly.

INTRODUCTION

Most business owners have a number of responsibilities on their plate each day

in order to help the company stay successful. However, accounting and bookkeeping

can be time-consuming and tedious, while hiring an accountant is expensive. A solution

that many businesses are starting to use is accounting software such as MYOB and

UBS. It makes the process of calculating revenue, cash flow, and payroll easy and

accurate. The company’s financial information will be secure, but can access it by

easily.

There have several advantages using a computerized accounting system. First is

speed, data entry into the computer with its formatted screens and built-in databases of

customers and supplier details and stock records can be carried out far more quickly

than any manual processing. Second is Automatic document production, fast and

accurate invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, printing statements and payroll

documents are all done automatically. Third is cost savings, computerized accounting

programs reduce staff time doing accounts and reduce audit expenses as records are

neat, up-to-date and accurate. Fourth is management information reports can be

produced which will help management monitor and control the business, for example

the aged debtors analysis will show which customer accounts are overdue, trial balance,

trading and profit and loss account and balance sheet.

UBS Computerized Accounting System is a program which helps you to do away

with all the tedious financial record keeping and reporting needs which are normally

found in the manual accounting system. It is user friendly, making it easy and simple

for people with minimum knowledge of computer.
