Cold approach pickup is the art of walking up to any group of totalstrangers and starting a relationship with one of the women in the group.

We call the group you are meeting and your interaction with them a set.Cold approach sets are the toughest and most demanding situations in allof pickup. 1Pickup Theory

Before we get into all the exercises and techniques I’m about to give you—Iwant to tell you how all the pieces fit together and why this works. In thissection we will cover the essential Attractive Qualities a man must possessto attract women and how you communicate those qualities (It’s not whatyou think!). We end the chapter by discussing the basic structure of aMehow style pickup.

ATTRACTIVE QUALITIES

To be attractive to women men must demonstrate qualities which areattractive to women. Some of these things may sound obvious, but hang inthere because this rabbit hole goes pretty deep pretty fast. As we godeeper in the book I will give you very concrete examples of how to com-municate these qualities to women.

This is a long list. Don’t let its size overwhelm you. As you read the rest ofthe book these concepts are going to be presented bit by bit. This list ishere to introduce you to the breadth of the problem we face as men whencommunicating with women.
