If you need more production capacity but our larger

processors are, well, just too big, then you’ll want to take a

close look at our new full featured PRO-MP. Perfect for those

producing 100-150 cords* per year. Coupled with one of our

conveyors, the PRO-MP powered by a 36HP Yanmar engine, is

a self-contained firewood processor designed around the single

operator concept.

If you still need all the power and single operator functionality

of our PRO-MP, but with a one second faster cycle time the

PRO-MP X might be a better fit.. Still not enough? The PRO-

MP XL, our most recent addition to the MP processor line, gives

a 4.5 second cycle time, the ability to hydraulicly run one of our

conveyors, and tons of standard features like Electric Auto Cycle,

a Hydraulic Oil Cooler and an optional 16 ft Feed Trough.

The next step up would be the PRO-MX. The hydraulic

saw has the power and speed to split as much as 1 1/2 - 2 cords*

an hour. The processor’s 49 HP Turbo John Deere power plant

pushes a 4” cylinder with a 2” shaft for fast, efficient splitting. It’s

portable too! With its standard DOT-approved tires, you can take

it from job to job and adjust the legs for level processing—even

on rough terrain.

Next up is the PRO-HD. It’s a heavy-duty version of the

MX. Boasting an 74 HP John Deere diesel engine, The PRO-HD

has a fast 7-second cycle time. The 5” cylinder and 3 ½” shaft

combination requires less hydraulic fluid to refill the chamber

before re-cycling.

You say you have a real need for speed?

PRO-HD XL can literally split the wood as fast as you

can cut it! Fully loaded with all the best options, it’s designed for

maximum output with a cycle time of only 4.5 seconds. It comes

standard with an 74 HP John Deere diesel engine, electric auto-

cycle, oversized hydraulic oil cooler and a comfortable operator’s

seat. Hang a conveyor on the end and you’ll be amazed at how

fast you can fill up your yard with perfect firewood ready for sale.

Timberwolf Firewood Processors

Timberwolf’s PRO-MP is designed to be operated by a single worker. With its live deck, patented Top Roll system and roller guide , the PRO-MP is a productivity powerhouse. It can handle 14’ logs up to 18” in diameter and features a super fast, 6 second cycle time. The MP also features a 36 HP Yanmar engine and comes standard with a 4 way wedge. Add a conveyor and you have a combination that can’t be beat. Optional accessories include an operators seat, 6-way wedge, and a choice of standard or pintel hitches.

Timberwolf’s PRO-MP X takes single operator capability to the next level. Sporting all the same goodies as the PRO-MP, this firewood processor is equipped with an even more robust 45 HP Mitsubishi power plant, and features an even faster cycle time.

The PRO-MP XL, our newest firewood processor, comes with a standard 22-22-8 gpm, three-part hydraulic pump to power the conveyor of your choice and a 4.5 second cycle time, making it the fastest of all our processors. The PRO-MP XL also comes standard equipped with electric auto cycle and hydraulic oil cooler.

From Timberwolf, maker of America’s finest log splitters, comes a superior line of firewood processors. Each model has a combination of unique, time-saving features that make it the perfect tool for the job, without costing a fortune or requiring constant maintenance. Starting with the latest metal fabrication technology, we combine the highest quality performance components with a reliable commercial grade John Deere, Yanmar, or Mitsubishi diesel engine. Load the logs onto the 8-foot live deck—it can hold enough at once to produce a cord of wood—which is retractable for easy transport. Our processors are built with DOT-approved 15” tires, and ball hitch for stable and well-balanced transportation. Our patented top roll clamping system eliminates an entire step—no more clamping and unclamping. Instead, the top roll clamp follows the log’s contour while advancing it in tandem with the feed chain, keeping it firmly in place for a clean, straight cut. The large splitting cylinder and oversized shaft create plenty of power and improve cycle time. The hydraulic oil cooler* maintains a comfortable operating temperature and extends the life of the oil and hydraulic components. Combine it with the electric auto-cycle*, which allows the operator to cycle the splitter by simply pressing a button, and the 8-way wedge**, which creates more sticks per log, and you’ve got the perfect setup for creating and selling firewood.

Timberwolf Conveyors

For maximum productivity, team up your processor with a conveyor and

move your split firewood out of the way more efficiently. Timberwolf fills

the gap with their C12 (12 ft.), C20 (20 ft.), C24 (24 ft.), and C26 (26 ft.)

conveyors. A heavy-duty steel frame supports 18” wide two ply polyester

Rough Top™ belting with optional 1” T-cleats that keep the logs from

sliding in ice and snow. The hydraulic top-drum drive gives operators the

ability to stop and reverse the belt for easy handling of logs that need

resplitting.

Our 30-foot, all-steel firewood conveyor, the C30 HD, comes standard

with a hydraulic drive and hydraulic lift. The wood is pulled up the steel

trough by 1” square steel cleats attached to the drive chain.

All of these commercial-grade firewood conveyors are sold separately

and come standard with a reliable Honda engine or can be custom-built

to run off of your processor’s hydraulics.
