NO CLAIM is accepted CONCERNING MATERIALS AFTER THEy WERE PLACED IN THE CONSTRUCTION SITE Each claim must be made before placement of the materialS because if broken or defective items are put in, we will not accept any respon-sibility for it. The present warranty covers factory defects, but does not include the costs of change and withdrawal of defective material. Warranty coverage does not include: - Defects, caused by structural movements of any kind. - Defective cementing in construction. - Improper use and handling of material as well as defective gripping systems. - Using or being into contact with chemicals, unsuitable surface treatment or paints. - Discoloration under the action of polluting agents, oxidation and dirt. - Damage, caused by poor storage of our products on the construction site.
