Offices

54 Jermyn Street is a modern office development in the heart of St James’s, on an iconic street steeped in history. The building comprises

over 22,500 sq ft of refurbished office space across eight upper floors.

Just four floors of around 3,500 sq ft remain available.

Originally built for princes and courtiers, St James’s has evolved into one of London’s most dynamic districts where centuries of heritage and tradition blend with contemporary luxury and cutting edge style.

“The quality, strength and detailed engineering of the old safe door allude to the building in its previous life as a bank and reflect, for me, the security and high value of the space – I was immediately attracted to the idea and irony in x-raying a safe door – as we all imagine and wonder what is inside.”

Pass through the original Art Deco exterior and enter a lobby lined in honed granite and polished stone floors. Guests are welcomed by a dedicated concierge,

with 24 hour security allowing staff access at any time of the day or night.

Form

The unique shape of the building’s floor plates deliver on form as well as function. The large front of the building naturally creates an open plan working area and provides endless options for meeting rooms or offices. Each floor has a different floor plate towards the rear and all work well divided up as meeting rooms, reception or break out areas.

“54 Jermyn Street is the most agreeable office accommodation that I have rented over the course of my 40 years in business. Its location is excellent, the finishes are of the highest quality and building management is helpful and responsive. The combination of all of these factors is a content and well satisfied tenant.”

EvolvingTradition

St James’s is evolving. It has always been fashionable, but now modern art galleries and boutique arcades sit beside the artisan shirt makers and cobblers of old. Cornerstone concepts in modern dining complement established restaurants with over 200 years of history.

Traditional shopfronts remain, but behind, the offerings are far from it.
