Đăt vấn đề: Trong điều khiển chuyển động kỹ thuật số, động cơ bước là một cơ cấu chấp hành đặc biệt hữu hiệu bởi nó có thế thực hiện trung thành các lệnh đưa ra dưới dạng số. các loại động cơ bước được sử dụng ngày càng rộng rãi trong các hệ thống tự động, điều khiển xa và nhiều thiết bị điện tử khác, nổi bật là trong các lĩnh vực sau: điều khiển robot, điều khiến lập trình trong các thiết bị gia công, điều khiến máy dập giấy decal, ... v,...v, ... Và cũng trong điều khiển chính xác người ta cần những động cơ có thế đạt được độ chính xác cao theo đúng yêu cầu cả về lực và tốc độ. Động cơ bước là một trong những sự lựa chọn tốt để đáp ứng được những yêu cầu trên với khả năng chuyển động chính xác đến từng bước thậm chí là vi bước. Đặc biệt việc điều khiến motor bước được úng dụng phố biến trong xí nghiệp, nhà máy phục vụ trong công việc sản xuất hiện nay. Bên cạnh đó việc phát triến các phần mềm ứng dụng cũng ngày một cao hơn, đặc biệt với WinCC ( Windows Control Center), đây là phần mềm tích hợp giao diện người và máy IHMI (Integrated Human Machine Interface) đầu tiên cho phép kết hợp phần mềm điều khiển với quá trình tự động hóa, là phần mềm ứng dụng để giám sát, điều khiển và thu thập dữ liệu của một hệ thống tự động hóa quá trình sản xuất.Với WinCC, người sử dụng có thế tạo ra một giao diện điều khiến giúp quan sát mọi hoạt động của quá trình tự động hóa một cách dễ dàng. Việc sử dụng những bộ điều khiến lập trình PLC riêng lẻ không đáp ứng yêu cầu điều khiển của một hệ thống Scada, cần phải kết hợp thêm các bộ hiển thị HMI (Human Machine Interface) giao diện người và máy. Phần mềm này có thể trao đổi dữ liệu trực tiếp với nhiều loại PLC của các hãng khác nhau như Siemens, Mítubishi, Allen Bradley,v.v...,nhưng nó đặc biệt truyền thông rất tốt với PLC của hãng Siemens.Trong lãnh vực tự động hóa trong công nghiệp, WinCC là một trong những phần mem HMI chuyên dùng của hãng Siemens đế quản lý thu thập dữ liệu và điều khiến quá trình công nghiệp, chương trình dùng đế
