酱烧排骨

烹饪方法:将肋排斩件成段,焯水30秒、用油炸一下

锅内少油、姜葱爆香,放入肋骨,加入调料清水过面。小火慢煮25分钟

收汁装盘

主料:丹麦猪肋排500g

辅料:姜20g 香葱20g 西芹20g

调料:排骨酱30g 叉烧酱30g 番茄沙司20g 盐10g 糖20g

SOURCE PORK RIBS

COOKING METHOD:Prepare the ribs into smaller cuts, boil in hot water for half minute, and light fry with oil.

Pour a bit oil into the wok, fry ginger and spring onion, and add ribs. Add seasoning and water to cover all the ribs in wok. Simmer boil for 25 minutes.

High temperature for finishing.

Main ingredient: Danish pork ribs 500gAccessories: Ginger 20g, spring onion 20g, Parsley 20gRibs sauce 30g, roast pork sauce 30g, potato sauce 20g, salt 10g, sugar 20g

丹麦五花焖鲍鱼

烹饪方法: 将鲜鲍去壳洗净,下少许姜片、葱段压力锅煮3分钟倒出待用。

五花肉切成小方块,起油锅把姜片、葱段、蒜子分别炸干,倒出油,下五花肉翻炒至出油干香、下生抽、料酒一起铲一会,之后放入炸好的姜葱、蒜子,加入蚝油30克、清水350克焖至软烂。再把煲好的鲜鲍(带少许汁)放入,慢火收汁,调入老抽色即可.

主料:丹麦五花肉500g,鲜鲍鱼500g

辅料:姜片30g 葱段20g 蒜头20克g

调料:精选生抽20ml 蚝油30g,料酒10ml,李锦记草菇老抽5ml

DANISH PORK BELLY STEW ABALONE

COOKING METHOD:Wash the abalone, boil for 3 minutes in pressure pot with ginger and spring onion.

Cut the belly into small cubes. Fry ginger, spring onion, garlic with oil, and pour the remaining oil out. Fry the belly cubes with remaining oils in wok, and add soy sauce, cooking wine and stir fry for a while. Add fried ginger, spring onion and garlic with oyster sauce and 350ml water, boil it until the belly cubes are soften. Add boiled ab-alone with some boiled juice into wok, add mushroom soy sauce for adjust color of the dish, low temperate for finishing.
