Διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο επιστημονικό έργο με δράσεις, όπως η συγγραφή του βιβλίου ‘Οι Ικανότητες του 21ου Αιώνα’ από τον εκδοτικό οίκο Nova στη Νέα Υόρκη, ένα άρθρο της είναι Νο3 No3 από τις 01/05/2013 στο British Journal of Educational Technology, το μάθημα Διαχείριση Καινοτομίας έχει πάρει βραβείο καλύτερης πρακτικής από τον Ευρωπαϊκό Οργανισμό European Distance and E-learning Network (EDEN) και 10/10 απο την ΕΕ για Quality Assurance σε ΕΠ.

Επιτυχημένη εργασία σε διοικητική θέση 5 χρόνια (Περιφερειακή Διεύθυνση Εκπαίδευσης Δυτ. Ελλάδας, Γραφείο Εκπ/σης Μ. o Διεκπόνηση διδακτορικής έρευνας με θέμα καινοτόμες προσεγγίσεις και νέα εργαλεία αξιολόγησης συνεργατικών διαδικτυακών εκπαιδευτικών κοινοτήτων στην Ελλάδα.

o Ανάπτυξη σειράς τηλεμαθημάτων δωρεάν για τους Έλληνες εκπαιδευτικούς στο Πανελλήνιο Σχολικό Δίκτυο (2002 – 2008) (υπεύθυνος Δρ. Μιχάλης Παρασκευάς).

o Καινοτομίες στο πρώτο τηλεμάθημα για τη μέθοδο πρότζεκτ με διαδικτυακά εργαλεία Διαδικτύου 2.0 το 2006 για Έλληνες εκπαιδευτικούς και στη χρήση ΤΠΕ στην εκπαίδευση.

o Δημιουργία μαθήματος στο Μαράσλειο Διδασκαλείο ‘Εκπαιδευτικοί και Internet’ στη βιβλιοθήκη του ΜΔΔΕ κατά τη φοίτησή μου (1998-1999) (υπεύθυνος Δρ. Αθανάσιος Παπάς).

Εργασία σε ημερίδες και δημιουργία δωρεάν τηλεμαθημάτων για επιμόρφωση στην Επιχειρηματική Καινοτομία, Διαχείριση Προγραμμάτων, Διαχείριση Ευκαιριών και Ρίσκου στη Δυτική Ελλάδα (Πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών, ΕΑΠ, ΤΕΙ Μεσολογγίου).

Η Δρ. Νίκη Λαμπροπούλου είναι Εκπαιδευτικός Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης, Διαχειρίστρια Προγραμμάτων και Καινοτομίας, ερευνήτρια και σύμβουλος εκπαίδευσης στη Διαδικτυακή Εκπαίδευση και τη Δια Βίου Μάθηση, σχεδιάστρια συστημάτων για Αλληλεπίδραση Ανθρώπου Μηχανής στην Εκπαίδευση, διαχειρίστρια εκπαιδευτικών διαδικτυακών κοινοτήτων. Ως Marie Curie Fellow διεξήγε μεταδιδακτορική έρευνα σε ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα, και έχει πιστοποιητικό PRINCE2 στη Διαχείριση Προγραμμάτων. Τα ερευνητικά ενδιαφέροντά της είναι στον τομέα της Συλλογικής Νοημοσύνης, που μεταφράζεται στη Διαχείριση Καινοτομίας και Κοινωνική Καινοτομία, Συνεργατική Διαδικτυακή Μάθηση, Διαμοιραζόμενη Ηγεσία και Δίκτυα Καινοτομίας Χρηστών. Εργάστηκε ως Διαχειρίστρια Ευρωπαϊκών Προγραμμάτων (ΕΠ) και της Ομάδας ΕΠ στην καινοτόμα δράση της Περιφέρειας Εκπαίδευσης Δυτικής Ελλάδας. Σήμερα εργάζεται 6ο Δημοτικό Σχολείο Πατρών. Είναι επίσης επιστημονική συνεργάτης των Πανεπιστημίων Δυτικής Μακεδονίας, Πατρών και επισκέπτρια ερευνήτρια στο London South Bank University.

Έχει πάνω από 22 χρόνια συνολικής υπηρεσίας στην ελληνική εκπαίδευση, σε διάφορες θέσεις με 17 χρόνια εκπαιδευτικής εμπειρίας μέσα στην τάξη και 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε διαδικτυακά εκπαιδευτικά περιβάλλοντα. Έχει υποστηρίξει τη δημιουργία καλών και χρήσιμων συνθηκών για τη δημιουργία περιβάλλοντος ανάπτυξης και ευημερίας των εκπαιδευτικών, επίσης την ισότητα και ενθαρρύνει τους συνεργάτες της να αναπτύξουν τις προσωπικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητές τους, όπως φαίνεται στις δημοσιεύσεις.

Γεννήθηκε στο Πελόπιο Αρχαίας Ολυμπίας. Είναι κάτοχος δύο πτυχίων στην εκπαίδευση (Ακαδημία Τρίπολης και την Εξομείωση Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών), κατέχει Δίπλωμα στην Εκπαίδευση από το Μαράσλειο και Μάστερ στις ΤΠΕ στην Εκπαίδευση από το Institute of Education του Πανεπιστημίου του Λονδίνου. Ολοκλήρωσε το διδακτορικό της στο London South Bank University, στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Από το 1989 έχει εργαστεί ως δασκάλα στην ελληνική γλώσσα καθώς και στη χρήση των ΤΠΕ στην εκπαίδευση, συντονίστρια ΤΠΕ στο Γραφείο Εκπαίδευσης Λονδίνου, ερευνήτρια και σύμβουλος καθώς και διαδικτυακή εκπαιδεύτρια με συμμετοχή σε διάφορα Ευρωπαϊκά Προγράμματα (ΕΠ). Τέλος, η μεταδιδακτορική έρευνα της περιελάμβανε εφαρμογές βασισμένες στην Αλληλεπίδραση Ανθρώπου Μηχανής στην Εκπαίδευση. Έχει δημοσιεύσει ευρέως σε διεθνή περιοδικά σε τομείς των ερευνητικών ενδιαφερόντων της.

Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη καινοτομικών εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων με τη χρήση ΤΠΕ για το Ελληνικό Γραφείο Εκπ/σης Μ. Βρετανίας και Ιρλανδίας όπως η κατασκευή ηλεκτρονική πύλη, η χρήση Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης για τη διδασκαλίας ορθογραφίας της αγγλικής γλώσσας και τα πολιτιστικά μαθηστιακά αντικείμενα.

Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη διαδικτυακών μαθημάτων βασισμένα σε νέες σύγχρονες τάσεις στην εκπαίδευση (π.χ. Σχεδιασμός IMS, μαθησιακά αντικείμενα, παιδαγωγικό σενάριο & μάθηση σε κίνηση - mobile learning).

Προσδιορισμός αξιολογητικών κριτηρίων διαδικτυακών εκπαιδευτικών κοινοτήτων. Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη αξιολογητικών εργαλείων και εργαλείων διαχείρησης

μάθησης με πλαίσιο το Πανελλήνιο Σχολικό Δίκτυο με την υποστήριξη του Ευρωπαϊκού Ιδρύματος για την Ποιότητα στην Τηλεκπαίδευση.

Ανάπτυξη του Ανοιχτού Λογισμικού Συστήματος Διαχείρησης Μάθησης Μουντλ σε PHP-MySQL με πλαίσιο το Πανελλήνιο Σχολικό Δίκτυο.

Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη μαθήματος ‘Η Ποιότητα στην Τηλεκπαίδευση’ για την εταιρία Quak.net και ‘Κατασκευή Βιογραφικού για Άνεργες Ελληνίδες’ για το Leonardo DaVinci ‘Implementing Standards for European e-Tutor Training’.

Ανασχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη διαδικτυακών χώρων για το Γραφείο Εκπαίδευσης Λονδίνου, Institute of Jewish Studies, Πανελλήνιας ΄Ενωσης των Καθηγητών Αγγλικής της Δημόσιας Εκπαίδευσης (ΠΕΚΑΔΕ), Intelligenesis & Hellenic Society of Near Eastern Studies.

Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη δίγλωσσων ιστοσελίδων για το Ελληνικό Σχολείο Λονδίνου και τον Ελληνοκυπριακό Οργανισμό Αράχνη όπου και κατέκτησε το σήμα ποιότητας Matrix (Matrix Quality Standard).
