To whom it may concern

“I met Patrick Webster in Qatar outside of the work environment; however during ourconversation we clearly shared the same passion for Interior Architecture.

As Design Director of FITCH (MENA) I was able to hire Patrick and he became a seniormember of our diverse team. We had large projects dotted around the region, to which

Patrick became a key contributor (Project Leader in some cases). Patrick proved to bean excellent choice and significant member of our team providing leadership, mentoringand support when required.

He is excellent in client presentations/meetings, provoking client feedback and ideaswith his enthusiasm. Using his skills on the spot, he is very engaging when he describesdesign concepts using hand sketches.

His technical knowledge and skills, plus AutoCAD capabilities are substantial whichdemonstrates his many years of experience. Truly a Concept to Completion designer, his attention to detail is obvious.

He is able to prioritise and focus on deadlines to achieve the commercial imperatives ofa project. Well organised able to work under pressure, brief and head Project teams todeliver schemes in good time

He takes his personality also to the construction site, developing a rapport with projectcontractors. However his friendliness does not compromise his ability to overseecontractual obligations.

Above all he is a very personable character, always ready to help others and make surethe working environment is cheerful and productive.
