Review Letter of Intent (L.O.I) and prepare Sub-contract Agreement for major works in Co-ordination with Contracts Manager/Technical Manager.

Prepare variation orders in line with the contract, and manage the sub-contractor’s contracts.

Review all Client/Engineer/Sub-contractor correspondence related to scope of works, variation, Delay Claim, Time Extension and preparing draft reply for project manager in accordance to Contract Documents.

Prepare a bill of quantities listing the individual components required to construct the project. Prepare a BOQ breakdown for interim applications that represent the full value of work done.

Prepare a Comprehensive analysis report for final payment certificate including variations, change order for each BOQ items for management review.

Reviews Subcontractor's monthly invoice and prepare the subcontractors and suppliers payment certificates.

Prepare notification and claim for Abortive works, extra works, delay, Acceleration, Disruption, Unabsorbed Head Office Overhead and Cost Escalation with all project records and relevant construction claim methodology.

1. The work consists of 'T' shape Multipurpose jetty with Approach 572 m long, 10 m wide, with 4 berths. Which includes 338 hollow PSC piles of avg. 40 m length & 1 m dia., Steel piles 52 m length & 1 m dia, Precast beams, planks, muffs, deck slab etc.

2. Construction of 30MW coal-based power plant, cement/fly ash silos and Extension of cement production unit at magdulla port, Gujarat, India.

General supervision for related daily site activities summarized the daily progress and schedules the very next day activities, Preparing out weekly & monthly progress report for management review.
