� From 09/2009 – 05/04/2014: General Accountant at Trung Nguyen Franchising corporation

- Monitor and recording all accounting transaction: Payable accounts, cash and bank

transaction, accrued expenses, fixed assets, inventory, prepaid expenses, salary and

relevant expenses, …

- Check and collate for all accounting entry. Check and collect generating economic activities

before adding into numbers of period end.

- Prepare and submit on or before deadline tax, financial and other required reports.

- Do accounting reports daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly based on Law system Accountancy

of Vietnam (or assigned by the Line Manager).

- Update, learn and gain knowledge of local and international accounting and tax regulations

and laws.

+ Payable Accounting: Prepare payment documents and pay for all vendors, receive

payment documents from other department, check on accuracy of them and pay for all by

bank deposit when there was confirmed by the Line Manager.

+ Cash in hand and bank accounting: Update into accounting software for all accounting

transaction. Do cash and bank accounts report.

+ Inventory and relevant accounts: purchasing, liabilities, goods in transit for sale,

merchandise inventory, finished goods, cost of goods sold,…Monitor and update daily in to

accounting software, reporting based on Law system Accountancy and assigned by the Line

Manager.

+ Fix asset, depreciation fixed assets, accrued expenses, prepaid expenses: Follow up and

ensure accuracy of accounting entry conform to Law System Accountancy Viet Nam. Report

and explain for fix assets and depreciation fix asset by the Line Manager.

+ Salary, relevant expenses and other expenses

+ Taxation accounts: Monthly, quarterly, yearly tax report. Controlling tax report, checking

tax, sales tax report, yearly finance report.

+ Other report to the Line Manager: Sales and purchase reports, and explaining report for

some accounts. Example: Taxation accounts, payable accounts, accrued expense account,

other receivables, other payables,…
