Responsibilities:Technical Aspects

Development of WASH Quality and Accountability mechanism within PQA department. Supporting PQA Manager to define PQA-WASH functions within ACF Provincial programs. Reviewing WASH related external and ACF International best practices in Accountability, M & E and Learn-

ing mechanisms continuously and working with PQA Manager to integrate possible approaches into the WASH provincial programs.

Designing different process, output and impact level Monitoring & Evaluation tools/mechanism and its imple-mentation on regular basis to ensure quality & accountability.

Facilitating WASH unit in developing project M&E plans and indicators tracking system. Facilitating in developing and conducting WASH related surveys and research. Supporting in the development, implementation or mainstreaming of Program quality and accountability

(PQA) functions and systems in relation to WASH, specifically but not limited to Accountability, Monitoring & Evaluation (M & E) and Learning within ACF Pakistan WASH program in operational areas.Social Aspects

Support in beneficiary cross verification exercises (inclusion and exclusion error) Support in Cash Transfer exit surveys. Participate in Knowledge Attitude & Practice Survey, Post Distribution Monitoring and Post Harvest Monitor-

ing surveys and other cross verification exercises at provincial level. Participate in assessments as well as post assessment data cross verification. Assist in developing Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning matrices / Frameworks / Plans. Frequent field monitoring visits where and when needed.

Support in producing regularly PQA activity reports from the area of operation as per reporting schedule when requested.
