Instructions:* In the large bowl of an electric mixer, mix in the olive oil, flour and salt on low speed until the dough is smooth and elastic. Place ball of dough in a bowl and wait for an hour. Take one ball of dough and flatten it with your hands on a slightly floured work surface. Starting at the center and working outwards, use your fingertips to press.
