TRANSCRIPT
The mechanized concrete spraying
system WETKRET 3 is designed for
shotcreting in small tunnel sections
with difficult access. Mounted on a
compact crawler chassis with a 17,9 kW
Diesel engine, the equipment features
hydraulically operated support legs
and an optional +/-30 º tilting system,
guaranteeing stable operation in
ascending and descending slopes.
The telescopic spraying arm with a maximum reach of 9 m permits working in minimum sections of 2,5 m and is operated by remote control (dual use by cable and wireless).
WETKRET 3 can be easily and quickly
connected to the concrete pump, air and
additive supply, in a way that prevents the
use of external hoses interfering with the
work.

The compact crawler carrier easily transports the equipment over difficult terrain. Thanks to its sturdy, hydraulically
operated support legs, WETKRET 3 can be
used on uneven ground.

Among the optional components of WETKRET 3, the platform tilting system is the most noteworthy. Maintaining the machine in a horizontal position in gradients of up to +/-30 º, the system assures that the correct spraying angle and a stable arm reach are maintained during the spraying process. The hydraulic blade-type stabilizer installed in the rear guarantees the equipment´s stability in ascending slopes. In descending slopes, the electronically operated winch with 50 m cable
and 6.803 kg traction force is applied.

The telescopic spraying arm SA 9.1 provides
you with all the advantages of Putzmeister
design: sturdiness, reliability, speed, and
ergonomics. Its components are durable,
easily accessible and protected by the
castings of the three arm extensions.
With a vertical reach of 9 m and a horizontal
reach of 7 m, the spraying arm can be
deployed in a minimum section of 2,5 m.

WETKRET 3 is designed to make work in any
type of terrain as safe and easy as possible,
including steep slopes. The machine features
connections for the concrete pipes on both
sides to provide flexibility on the jobsite.
As the additive and air lines are conducted
through the interior of the equipment, with
quick couplings at the front and the back, no
external hoses on both sides are required. The
air and additive supply is easily connected at
the rear part of the machine, and the hoses
leading to the spraying head at the front part.
In this way, both sides of the machine are free
from disturbing hoses or pipes, increasing
jobsite safety.
The perfect complement to WETKRET 3 is the
stationary concrete pump Putzmeister SPM
715 SYNCHRO, which combines large-scale
pumping technology with compact design
and easy operation.
PROPORTIONAL REMO TE CONTROL FOR SAFE T RANSPO RT AND OPERATION
The proportional remote control can be
used dually by cable or wireless by Bluetooth.
Besides controlling all movements of the
crawler carrier, support legs, spraying arm
and head, it also controls the optional
components, like the tilting system,
blade-type stabilizer and the electronically
operated winch.

The spraying arm of WETKRET 3 has a dual
mechanism to be operated both by electric
and diesel power. In this way, the machine
can also be used in areas without a power
supply. The support legs, tilting system
and the blade-type stabilizer can also be
operated in electric or diesel mode.
