In order to remain competitive in the hospitality technology industry, it is important to invest significantly

The parent company, Posera Inc., is based in the USA and boasts sales offices across Canada and the

USA. Posera Software Inc. is a 100% owned subsidiary company based in Canada, where all Research and

Development, Technical Support and Administrative operations are undertaken. Recently, Posera also

inaugurated offices in the UK and France to seize immense growth opportunities in Europe.

Building the future

The hospitality industry is in its 13th consecutive year of growth with a 4% average growth each year. In

this highly competitive industry, businesses must use new marketing strategies to keep their customers

coming back for more, including rotating specials, frequently evolving menus, combo options and

coupons. This new business approach is extremely complex and today more than ever, the hospitality

industry needs new technologies that will improve operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction

and boost generally low profit margins.

As technology evolves, our goal is to offer solutions that will help our clients overcome everyday

challenges such as improving customer service, increasing sales and profitability, and reaping an excellent

return on investment by exerting greater costs control.

While continuously exceeding market trends and improving product

quality, we prioritize our R&D investment.

R&D is our fastest growing department, with 60% of our staff dedicated to R&D and technical support

services, and 100% of profits reinvested in our company and products every year. Posera’s R&D team is

composed of engineers and computer scientists whose diverse backgrounds are comprised of both local

and international training. The department’s strength is rooted in the fact that each team member has

different expertise that dovetails perfectly into the team dynamic. As such, our technology is never

stagnant, with ongoing research and development activities that ensure we will continue to set the

bar in hospitality industry technology.

Posera’s revenues have grown by a compound annual growth rate of 35% throughout the past 5 years.

The company has been consistently profitable and has self-funded its growth from operating cash flow,

rather than relying on external sources of funding. Therefore, Posera remains a closely held private

corporation at this time, with no venture capital financing and no operating or term debt. Over the

past 5 years, the company has grown exceptionally, and as a result has acquired new office space to

better accommodate this growth in a more conducive and comfortable environment.

We are moving deliberately to assure that our business is strategically positioned to seize growth

opportunities. This is complimented by a healthy balance sheet, non-negotiable standards of corporate

channel of over 150 resellers worldwide guarantees excellent customer service and a wide geographical
