The parent company, Posera Inc., is based in the USA and boasts sales offices across Canada and the
USA. Posera Software Inc. is a 100% owned subsidiary company based in Canada, where all Research and
Development, Technical Support and Administrative operations are undertaken. Recently, Posera also
inaugurated offices in the UK and France to seize immense growth opportunities in Europe.
